Overview
Stretching Routine helps you build healthy movement habits while protecting your privacy. Your routine data is stored locally by default and only synced if you choose to enable backup/sync.
Data We Collect
- Email address (optional): Used only if you enable cloud backup or multi-device sync.
- Anonymous analytics: Limited crash and performance metrics to improve stability (you can opt out in Settings).
- Routine data & preferences: stretches completed, timers, reminders, and settings — stored locally on your device unless you opt in to sync.
How We Use Data
- Provide core features like routines, timers, reminders, and progress.
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.
- Offer optional cloud backup and cross-device sync on request.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
Sharing
We may use trusted service providers (e.g., crash reporting or cloud storage) to operate and improve the app. They can process data only on our behalf under strict confidentiality and may not use it for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Local data remains on your device until you delete it. If you use sync, you can request deletion of any cloud-stored data at any time.
Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (including encryption for synced data) to protect your information. While no system is perfectly secure, we continually improve our protections.
Children
Stretching Routine is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
